wedding co-ordinator will discuss your individual needs
with you informally over coffee and biscuits, then
show you around the hotel, including guest bedrooms,
and help you select the most appropriate event room
for your day. You’ll find our co-ordinator’s
experience invaluable. Crucially, they’re aware
that not everyone has an open budget yet you’ll
want your guests to enjoy themselves without any sense
of budgetary restraint.
With this in mind your co-ordinator will work alongside
you agreeing costs in advance and helping you select
from our choice of excellent menus for your Wedding
Breakfast. Where required, they can tailor make Drinks
Packages and arrange preferential room rates for guests.
Civil Wedding
Ceremonies
At Holiday Inn Ellesmere Port/Cheshire Oaks we also
host Civil Wedding Ceremonies so that your complete
day can take place at the same special venue. All of
our rooms are licensed for ceremonies just ask which
would be most appropriate for your wedding.
Complimentary

The Bride and Groom enjoy a number of complimentary
benefits. You are invited to stay with us on the wedding
night with a bottle of champagne waiting to greet you
in one of our contemporary rooms. The next morning
you’ll be served a full traditional breakfast.

guarantee sunshine - but we can promise you a beautiful
day with everything exactly how you planned it to be.

menu to the flower display on the top table.
Your informal host will guide everyone through the
correct wedding etiquette, putting guests at  ease
and making sure that everything runs smoothly, from
the red carpet arrival to the cake cutting with the
ceremonial sword. We even provide a changing room for
